2. How to Return an Item

  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided with the RA number. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Approval: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once your returned item has been inspected and approved. The following guidelines apply:

  • Refund Method: We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned without proper authorization. This fee will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as a return. Once the returned item is processed, we will send you the replacement item. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new one, we will either charge or credit the difference to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
